Is shipping really free?
Yes! We provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. Just print the label, pack your book securely, and drop it off at any USPS location.
When will I get paid?
You'll receive payment within 24 hours of your book arriving at our facility. We offer PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App as payment methods.
What condition must my textbook be in?
We accept textbooks in good, usable condition. Books should have minimal highlighting or writing, an intact spine, and all pages present. Heavy water damage, missing pages, or excessive wear may result in a lower offer or rejection.
Can I sell international editions or instructor copies?
We primarily accept standard US editions. International editions and instructor copies may be accepted at different rates. Scan your book in the app or check on our website to see if we can make an offer.
What if my book doesn't have an ISBN?
Most textbooks have an ISBN barcode on the back cover. If yours doesn't, you can manually enter the book's title and author in the app to search for it, or contact our support team for assistance.
Can I cancel after accepting an offer?
Yes, you can cancel before shipping your book. Once you've shipped it using our label, please contact support immediately if you need to cancel.
What happens if my book is damaged in shipping?
Pack your book securely to prevent damage. If a book arrives damaged beyond what was indicated when you accepted the offer, we'll contact you to discuss options.

Selling Your Textbooks

  • You must own the textbooks you sell and have the right to transfer ownership
  • Books must be accurately represented in terms of condition
  • You're responsible for packaging books securely for shipment
  • Offers are valid for 14 days from the date of quote

Payment Terms

  • Payment is processed within 24 hours of book receipt and inspection
  • If a book's condition doesn't match your description, we'll contact you with a revised offer
  • You can choose to accept the revised offer or have the book returned at your expense

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Use the service for fraudulent purposes
  • Submit false information about book condition
  • Attempt to manipulate our pricing system

Limitation of Liability

BooksBite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction in question.
